يتشرف مركز ابن خلدون للدراسات الديمقراطية بالاشتراك مع مؤسسة FCO الإنجليزية مراقبة انتخابات مجلس الشعب سبتمبر 2011 من خلال اللجنة المستقلة لمراقبة الانتخابات و السابق تشكيلها .
وفى ذلك الإطار ندعو الجمعيات الأهليةوالمراكز الحقوقية وجميع الائتلافات الشعبية للمشاركة في أعمال المراقبة ، وفي حالة الموافقة على العمل ضمن اللجنة المستقلة برجاء التأكيد كتابة ، على أن يوضح فيه الموافقة و التعهد بإحضار مجموعات المراقبين مكونة من مجموعتين لكل دائرة انتخابية ( كل مجموعة 24 + منسق ) و اسم الدائرة المرغوب مراقبتها و المحافظة ، و التعهد بالحيادية - ويفضل المراقبين ممن سبق لهم المراقبة - على أن يوضح في طلب الموافقة اسم الجمعية ورئيسها وباقي البيانات ( رقم الإشهار إن وجد – نشاط الجمعية – أوالغرض من الائتلاف ) .
وسيقوم المركز من جانبه بالقيام بتدريب المراقبين و المنسقين وتقديم المادة العلمية و استمارات المراقبة ، و كل الأعمال اللوجيستية و الفنية اللازمة لإتمام المراقبة على الوجه الأكمل . و أي تكاليف مالية من بدل انتقال وتغذية ................ الخ .

Ibn Khaldun Center - Call for Participation
Ibn Khaldun Center for Democratic Studies has the honor to invite the associations to participation in the project which were accepted with the English FCO association the project is monitoring parliamentary elections in September 2011 by the Independent Committee for Election Observation in the center
In that framework we call on the human rights associations and NGOs and all coalitions People which want to participate in the monitoring work, within the Independent Commission to confirm in writing, and clarify the approval and commitment to bring groups of observers consisted of two groups for each polling station (each group 24 + Coordinator) and pledge neutrality - preferably observers who had previously oversight - making clear in the request for approval of the name of the Assembly and the Chairman and the rest of the data (number, if any, publicity - General Activity - ….).
The Centre will carry out its part of the training the observers and coordinators and provide scientific material and observation forms, and all the logistics and technical control required to complete fully, and any financial costs of relocation allowance and feeding................ Etc..
